Domino’s Pizza Group plc (“Domino’s”) announces that Mitesh Patel, an independent Non-executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from today to focus on his other commitments.

Anne Murphy will assume the role of Designated Non-executive Director for workforce engagement.
