The Company announces that the following documents have today been posted to shareholders and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 the following documents have today also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism:

Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 25 December 2011;
Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
Form of Proxy

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 25 December 2011 ("Announcement") on 15 February 2012. This Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, 28 March 2012 at The Training Centre, Unit B, Kingston Centre, Winchester Circle, Kingston, Milton Keynes MK10 0BA.
