What does this Direct Marketing Policy do?
This policy explains how Domino's Pizza Group Limited and its group companies based in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands (which we refer to collectively as the "Domino's Group" or "us" or "our") may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
When we refer the "Domino's Family" we mean any member of the Domino's Pizza Group Limited group of companies which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, together with our franchisees.
What is ‘direct marketing'?
Direct marketing is marketing which is directed at specific individuals as opposed to, for example, a newspaper advertisement which would be marketing but not direct marketing as it isn't directed at you as a particular individual.
Who does this Direct Marketing Policy apply to?
As you may be aware, Domino's is a franchised business, where almost all stores are owned and operated by independent franchisees, therefore the Domino's Group does not include franchisee companies and this policy does not cover our independent franchisees (the "Domino's Franchisees"). If you would like to review the marketing policy and practices of a Domino's Group franchisee, please visit the store website of the relevant franchisee (if one exists) or contact them directly by calling the relevant Domino's store.
What direct marketing might you receive from Domino's?
The direct marketing which the Domino's Group might want to send to you includes information about our existing or new products and services, special offers, promotions and competitions (which we will refer to collectively as "Promotions"). The Domino's Group carries out its Promotions via national marketing campaigns which are sent by the Domino's Group on behalf of the franchisees.
The Domino's Franchisees will also carry out local store marketing which may relate to specific offers, promotions and competitions from a Domino's Pizza store which you have directly ordered from.
Please be aware that the opt-in / opt-out contained on the Domino's websites (www.dominos.co.uk or www.dominos.ie) and/or applications (the "Domino's Websites") relates solely to direct marketing which you may receive as a result of placing an order on the Domino's Website. You may also receive direct local store marketing from a Domino's Franchisee who has obtained your details in the course of taking your order directly at their Domino's Pizza store (for example, when you attended in person or placed an order via the telephone). To opt-out of any local store marketing from a franchisee you must contact the Domino's Franchisee directly or follow the opt-out instructions on the piece of direct marketing you have received. In keeping up-to-date with not only new laws and regulations but also our business objectives we may change this Direct Marketing Policy from time-to-time and, where appropriate, notify you of this by email. Who might we share your information with and why?
We don't provide your personal information to companies outside the Domino's Family and certain companies performing services on our behalf (such as direct marketing agents) who will only use the information to provide a service the Domino's Group has asked them to provide. However, we may aggregate anonymised information based on your personal information and disclose this to advertisers and other third parties.
Whilst we make every effort to tie-in with reputable companies which have a similar high regard for your privacy, you should make sure you are aware of what their policies say, as we are not responsible for the policies and practices of other companies, including those of our franchisees.

Domino's Franchisees
If you decide you no longer want to receive any Promotions or local store marketing from a Domino's Franchisee please contact your local Domino's store directly in this regard. You can also email [email protected] stating:
- Your name;
- Your contact details (including the mobile phone number and/or email address details which are receiving direct marketing from a local Domino's Pizza store);
- The name/location of the Domino's Pizza store which sent you the direct marketing; and
- Attaching a copy of the direct marketing you received.
We will then use our reasonable endeavours to contact the relevant Domino's Franchisee that you wish to opt-out from and request that your details are added to the appropriate suppression list(s).
Please be assured that we will do all we can to ensure that any request to opt-out will be dealt with and suppressed within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the opt-out. Provided the opt-out contains all the information required to enable the Domino's Group and/or a Domino's Franchisee to suppress your details appropriately.
