Cookies are files that store information on your hard drive or browser which means that the Domino's Group can recognise that you have visited the Domino's Websites/Apps before. They make it easier for you to maintain your preferences on the Domino's Websites/Apps, and by seeing how you use them, we can tailor them around your preferences and measure usability of the Domino's Websites/Apps.

(b) How can I prevent Cookies being used?

(c) Use of Cookies by Domino's

We use cookies on the Domino's Websites/Apps. However, we do not collect or store personal data via the cookies used on any of the Domino's Websites/Apps.

When someone visits one of our Domino's Websites/Apps we collect standard internet log information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the Domino's Websites/Apps. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through any of the Domino's Websites/Apps we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

This cookie is necessary for the Domino's Group to provide essential services to the customer such as processing an order, scheduling delivery and collection and site customisation.

The data collected by the cookie includes user details, postcode/address, store identification, where the customer is based, UK, Ireland or Germany, basket status and the process the customer is going through (meal deal, checkout etc.).

2. Essential Republic of Ireland site cookie

This cookie stores all the Irish only information and is used in conjunction with the UK cookie which stores all standard user information (see above).

The data collected by the cookie includes additional information used in Irish addresses that are not required for UK users (for example, alternative address information).

3. Essential mobile site cookie 
Cookie Name:
MOBILE APP COMPLIANCE

This cookie is only used to verify that a mobile handset accessing one of the Domino's Websites/Apps supports cookies because cookies are essential in order to be able to make an order on a generic webapp or an iPhone webapp.

The data collected by the cookie is a simple flag to show if the mobile handset supports cookies or not.

4. Essential mobile site cookie

MOBILE HALF & HALF

This cookie is used to support a customer that wishes to order a "half & half pizza" via a mobile handset and allows the customer to add the half & half pizza to the basket.

The data collected by the cookie is customisation of the half & half pizza.

5. Essential mobile site cookie

MOBILE MEAL DEALS

This cookie allows the customer to go through the meal deal process and add the products to the basket when ordering via a mobile handset.

The data collected by the cookie is the customisation details of the meal deal.

6. Essential mobile site cookie

This cookie gives the customer the option to be redirected to the Domino's Websites if ordering via a mobile handset, instead of using the generic mobile or iPhone application.

The data collected by the cookie is a flag of the customers preference – Domino's Website or mobile application.

This cookie stops the customer being prompted with an alert to download the Domino's App every time they visit the Domino's Website.

This cookie collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the Domino's Websites/Apps, where visitors have come from and the pages they have visited.
